Dr. Ranjan Ghosh

B. Tech (1st Class Hon) from I.I.T. Kharagpur, an M.S. from Stanford University, and a M.S. and D.Sc. from Columbia University.

He , having five decades of experience as a Professor, Trainer, Researcher and Consultant in India and abroad in the fields of Operations Management, Project Management, Technology Management, Logistics/Supply Chain Management and Risk Management, has been a Professor at IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore and IIT Kharagpur, and Director at Goa Institute of Management. His work experience also includes working with International Business Machines (IBM) and Communication Satellite Corporation in USA ; research and teaching at Columbia University, Cornell University and the University of Iowa in U.S.A., Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and Guest Professor at several IIMs and Management Institutes in Singapore, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Ghosh is on the Governing Body of several Management Institutes. He has also been a member of several expert committees set up by the Government of India as also the State Government. At the IIM Calcutta, Dr. Ghosh had held various administrative positions, including Director-In-Charge for a year and Membership of the IIMC Board of Governors for two terms. He is the co-author of a book on Productivity and Efficiency, and is presently writing a book on ‘The Role of Operations Management and Innovation in Competitiveness’. He has undertaken consulting assignments for Indian Oil Corp., Oil & Natural Gas Corp, Ordnance Factory Board, Indian Air Force, Steel Authority of India Ltd, Coal India Ltd, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Indian Railways, West Bengal State Electricity Board, Institute of Entrepreneurship-Guwahati, IIIT-Allahabad, Durgapur Projects Limited and Great Eastern Hotel.

He has published significant number of research papers in the top rated international and national journals and presented his papers in almost all leading conferences in the world.
Dr. Ranjan Ghosh is presently Mentor and Visiting Professor at IIM Kashipur (Uttarakhand).

Professor Demetris Vrontis PhD, FCIM

Professor Vrontis is a Fellow Member and certified Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a Chartered Business and Chartered Marketing Consultant certified by the Chartered Association of Business Administrators, serving as a consultant and member of Boards of Directors to several international companies.

He is a Visiting Professor and a Research Fellow and collaborates with various universities, research centres and organisations at an international level. Previously, Prof. Vrontis served as Executive Dean/Vice President of Distance Learning (2012-2020), as Dean of the School of Business (2006-2012), as Associate Dean of the School of Business (2005-2006) and as Head of the Department of Marketing (2004-2005) at the University of Nicosia. Dr. Partha S Mallick, currently working at Vellore Institute of Technology(VIT), Vellore as a Professor of Electronics Engineering. Dr Mallick is serving VIT also as the Director, Rankings, Accreditations and Institution of Eminence. He served VIT as the Dean of School of Electrical Engineering during 2011 - 2015.

Dr Mallick visited 52 universities in 12 different countries for various academic assignments and invited lectures. Dr Mallick received the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Fellowship for his PhD Research work. He is an enlisted technical innovator of DSIR, Govt. of India. Dr Mallick organized the “1st World Summit on Science, Engineering and Technology” at University of Cambridge, UK in January 2018 and organized the 2nd Summit jointly with Indiana University - Purdue University (IUPUI), USA in October, 2019. He is a Sr. Member of IEEE, USA and the Chapter Adviser, EDS-VIT Asia Pacific.

Dr Mallick was an International Academic Advisory Committee Member of the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) - Asia-Pacific Professional Leaders in Education (APPLE) Conference, QS Middle East and Africa Professional Leaders in Education(MAPLE) Conference and QS Summer School Summit. Dr Mallick led various research teams and developed "Online Lab in Microelectronics", "Monte Carlo Simulator of Compound Semiconductors", "Nanostructured MIM Capacitor", "Low cost Electric Fencers" and published 118 research papers in different Journals and conferences of international repute. Dr. Ashutosh Muduli

Dr. Ashutosh Muduli has been working as Professor with Faculty of Management, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India since 2009. A PhD in HRM and a certified HR Analytics expert from IIM-R, Dr. Muduli has around 26 years of experience in academics and industry. He has published several research papers in peer reviewed referred journals of eminent publishers such as Routledge, Elsevier, Emerald, Sage, Wiley etc. and presented papers in various national and international conferences such as MOCBS-UK, AHRD-USA, HRD-Mauritius; EuroMed- Switzerland etc. in the areas of HR Technology, workforce agility, strategic human resource management, learning methodology and talent management. Dr. Muduli has successfully supervised six PhD students. At present, he is the managing editor of the Journal of Energy and Management, the research journal of the university.
